Mr. Surya is a successful entrepreneur with exposure in various businesses across India, the US, and Canada.
With excellent institutional plus professional network, he became an entrepreneur by being part of a start-up in the gaming industry – the success of which attracted the attention of a major player in the same space who eventually acquired them.
By the time this was completed, he had co-founded Incor Group with a focus on real estate and healthcare (branded as OMNI Hospitals) in India.

Mr. Venkat formerly worked as a Regional Business Head for Indiabulls AIF, Arthveda Fund Management, and UTI AMC.
He has significant experience advising on capital raising, strategic planning, and business expansion.
He also has an entrepreneurial spirit that has resulted in the invention and development of new goods and enterprises.
He works with strong networks and an innate understanding of complexities beguiling institutions and global investors.

Venkat Nalam has vast experience in Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Due Diligence, Investigations, Income Tax Audits, Transfer Pricing, International Taxation, Accounting and Payroll Advisory Services of Companies and his strengths are in Audit of the Cement, Infrastructure, Retail, Consumer goods, Agro, Defence & Aerospace, Telecommunications and Information Technology Companies.
